The Inventorium Awards, presented by the Inventors Foundation, celebrate the creativity and impact of inventors whose patented innovations are shaping the future of technology, science, and society. These awards recognize excellence at every stage of the innovation journey — from young innovators to seasoned professionals and lifelong achievers.
Held on December 15, 2025, and live-streamed globally from Silicon Valley, the Awards bring together inventors, industry leaders, and intellectual property experts from around the world.

Three Categories of Awards

Emerging Innovator Award

Experience: Nominees must have <10 years of professional experience.

Current Role: Nominees must be actively engaged in an information technology, engineering, or scientific discipline.

Impact: Nominees must have made significant, measurable, and sustained contributions that have advanced their field.

Intellectual Property: Nominees must have developed the creation of noteworthy intellectual property (e.g., patents, proprietary technologies, or significant research outputs).

Professional Innovator Award

Experience: Nominees must have a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience.

Current Role: Nominees must be actively engaged in an information technology, engineering, or scientific discipline.

Impact: Nominees must have made significant, measurable, and sustained contributions that have advanced their field.

Intellectual Property: Nominees must have developed and/or led the creation of significant and noteworthy intellectual property (e.g., patents, proprietary technologies, or significant research outputs).

Leadership & Commitment: Nominees must demonstrate a long-standing commitment to innovation and the continued growth of IT, engineering, or science, serving as a role model for future generations of inventors and innovators.

Career Innovator Award

Experience: Nominees must have a minimum of 20 years of professional experience.

Current Role: Nominees must be actively engaged in an information technology, engineering, or scientific discipline.

Impact: Nominees must have made significant, measurable, and sustained contributions that have positively advanced their field and society.

Intellectual Property: Nominees must have developed and/or led the creation of significant and noteworthy intellectual property (e.g., patents, proprietary technologies, or significant research outputs).

Leadership & Commitment: Nominees must demonstrate a long-standing commitment to innovation and the continued growth of IT, engineering, or science, serving as a role model for future generations of inventors and innovators.


*Nominations are accepted worldwide, with a focus on three key regions—North America, Europe, and Asia—ensuring global representation while recognizing significant contributions within each region.

The live-stream will be free for general viewers. Premium access options (such as networking lounges and sponsor showcases) may be available for purchase. More information will be posted in the coming months.
