Meet Your Podcast Host

Krishna is an inventor, Silicon Valley–based IP strategist, lawyer, and engineer. He is the Founder of the Inventors Foundation and serves as an independent board member to high-tech startups, advising on innovation strategy, intellectual property, and growth.

A graduate of the University of Oxford, Krishna previously served as an IP executive at large and high-growth companies, where he led global patent strategy and licensing for more than two decades. He helped build and enforce a multi-jurisdictional IP portfolio and played a leadership role in the $4.5B Nortel patent acquisition through the Rockstar Consortium. As a former adjunct professor of law and lecturer at leading educational institutions, he advocates explaining the value proposition of intellectual property laws.

Recognized with the Global Counsel Award in IP, the WorldLeaders In-House Patent Management Award, and the IAM Strategy 300 designation, Krishna continues to champion inventors and strengthen the global innovation ecosystem.

  • We schedule 45–60 minutes for recording. The final published episode is typically 20–30 minutes, professionally edited for clarity and flow.

  • No. We do not discuss trade secrets or confidential details. You control what you share. We focus on publicly available patents and your innovation journey at a level you’re comfortable with.

  • Many inventors aren’t professional speakers — and that’s perfectly fine. Our format is conversational and supportive. We edit for clarity and comfort. If needed, audio-only participation may be an option.

  • Episodes are distributed through Inventors Foundation channels, including website, LinkedIn, email, and other social platforms. We also provide you with shareable clips and assets you can use in your own communications.

  • No. There is no fee to be a guest. Participation is by invitation and alignment with our mission to elevate inventors.
